entreQuest (eQ), a management consultancy firm with a focus on talent, announced the addition of Jeff Lesher as Principal. Lesher brings more than 25 years of experience leading individuals, teams, and organizations to achieve and sustain high performance. He will help build eQ’s capability and capacity in its Washington, D.C. location.

In 2008, Lesher founded Conduce, LLC, a boutique business execution consultancy and executive coaching firm located in McLean, VA. Conduce effectively enabled rapidly growing companies to sustain their success. In 2009, Conduce was retained by Towers Watson, a global professional services company, to lead a system-wide leadership development program for a large healthcare provider. He agreed to merge his business into Towers Watson in 2012.
Lesher is a graduate of the University of Virginia with a B.A. in Rhetoric and Communications Studies and Government. He earned his Masters in Organizational Management from The George Washington University, and he is a certified Master Executive Coach.
Since 2007, Lesher has worked with DC-based nonprofit, Everybody Wins! DC. designing and refining their selection, development, assessment, and recognition human capital systems, along with providing training across the organization and coaching for managers and leaders. In 2013, he received Everybody Wins! DC’s Minnon Friedman Mentor of the Year award.
